Here we provide you with a manual to compare installation of Jprop
with other propellers. As well as what information is necessary to ensure
the correct prop for your application and easy installation of the Jprop.

Necessary data for choice of Jprop:

Boat make and model

Line water length

Hull speed

Engine make and model with its maximum rpm

Transmission ratio

2 or 3 blade prop?

Clearances as per the diagram:

 

A - Prop radius

B - Center of shaft end to hull

C - Center of shaft end to rudder

D - Forward end of hub to strut

E - End of blade to hull

 

Necessary information for easy installation:

As Jprop requires no assembly it is important to confirm that the shaft
is standard and the threadlength is correct. You can always consult with us,
noting we may need you to provide the following dimensions:

A - Shaft diameter

B - Small bore

C - Length of taper

D - Thread diameter

E - End of taper to shaft end

F - Key way width

G - Threads per inch/mm
